Just because it is winter doesn't mean you have to have a cold white centerpiece. I'm a southern girl, while I do enjoy the snow and winter season I like it to last too long. January is a fresh start and I think it's a great idea to have a pop of color and/or fresh flowers to warm up your dining room. Adding something living always breaths new life into the air.
